Fees stated below are those before any deduction of government 'funded' hours. The funding levels change each term and while we can give you an approximation prior to invoicing, we are unable to give you a confirmed set of figures before then.

FEE DUE DATES:

Fees are due within the last week of each term for the term ahead.

ie: The Autumn Term fees will be due in the first week of the July prior to the the Autumn term.

The Spring Term fees will be due in the first week of the December prior to the Spring term.

The Summer Term fees will be due in the end of March prior to the Summer term.

LATE PAYMENT FEES:

Interest is charged at 4.6% for late payment of fees.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The Tadpoles Nursery Schools offer a unique, high quality and extensive education to children in their early years, with high staff to child ratios, highly qualified staff with vast and varied experience in their field, a large range of peripatetic lessons/experiences and teachers and many consumables.

The FEEE funding is intended to cover the delivery of childcare only with the basic levels of the EYFS and does not cover the costs of the extras listed above that the Tadpoles Nursery Schools provide.

Upon registration the parents/guardians are asked if they want to accept the agreed package of services or would like the fully funded offer. We do offer fully funded places at our schools and availability and booking patterns vary at either setting. If parents require a full funded place, then they must make this known as time of registration - it is advisable to make this know at the time of enquiry - and we will discuss the options available at each nursery directly with the parents.

We take the 2 year old eligibility funding and the FEEE Funding from the term after the children turn 3 years of age;

Our schools offer the 2 year old funding for working parents provided the Parents are eligible and have applied through the government website and have provided the School with their unique eligibility code and renew this code as and when necessary, updating the School as they need to. The Parents who have agreed to accept a place and pay the additional Fees for the the 'Full and Agreed Additional Services Package' are asked to sign a declaration under the terms and conditions in the Parent-School contract.

Our school's offer the FEEE government funding for the 15 hours. The Parents who have agreed to accept a place and pay the additional Fees for the the 'Full and Agreed Additional Services Package' are asked to sign a declaration under the terms and conditions in the Parent-School contract.

Our School's offer the Extended 30 Hour Funding also to parents who meet the government eligibility guidelines and have applied through the government website and have provided the School with their unique eligibility code and renew this code as and when necessary, updating the School as they need to. The Parents who have agreed to accept a place and pay the additional Fees for the the 'Full and Agreed Additional Services Package' are asked to sign a declaration under the terms and conditions in the Parent-School contract.

All children who take a place at our schools when they qualify as a 2, 3 or 4 year old, will receive the universal 15 hour basic free offer provided.

For those families who wish to pay for the additional 'Full and Agreed Additional Services Package' will find included but not limited to the additional/extra time above the free offer that the children take educational services from the schools, our extra curricular classes and educational services and facilities, our peripatetic classes, our highly qualified staff and our high staff to child ratios that form an integral part of the unique Tadpoles Nursery School Ethos and Curriculum.

For parents who are looking for the FEEE Fully Funded offer, when we do not have availability please contact the RBKC Family Information Services to find an alternative provider who are able to offer an FEEE Fully Funded place.
